MTBcamps is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your activities, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Cancellation policy
Bookings made directly via our booking calendar can be cancelled or rescheduled if you contact us at least one day before the session date.
Bookings of tours, holiday packages and training camps can be cancelled or rescheduled if you contact us at least one week before the start date. Be aware that deposit of the tours, holiday packages and training camps might be non-refundable due to organizing costs, it comes down to specific arrangements made for the tours, holiday packages and training camps. Every occasion will be looked at specifically.
Personal Accident insurance policy and Civil Responsibility insurance policy
All our activities have Personal Accident insurance. If anything should happen during our rides, hikes and other touristic activities, our insurance coverage per person is 4471,53 euros for medical expenses, 25544,81 euros death and permanent disability.
Our Civil Responsibility insurance coverage is 50000 euros, with deductible amount of 500 euros.
